::As a Mother, there's only One::

I've been doing some work as photographer... I'm just learning so I'm new with this, guys!

I got the opportunity to do some family portraits for my friend, Ada and her family, and as today is Mother's Day at DR, I think it's the perfect occasion to share some pictures with you.

He estado haciendo algunos trabajos como fotógrafa, todavía estoy aprendiendo así que continuo siendo una novata. Sin embargo, tuve la oportunidad de hacerle unos retratos familiares a mi amiga Ada y sus familia, y ya que hoy es el Día de las Madres en Republica Dominicana, considero que es la mejor ocasión para compartir algunas fotos con ustedes. 

Por cierto, si vives en Santo Domingo, RD; las fotos han sido publicadas en la Revista "En Sociedad" del fin de semana pasado. 

Feliz Domingo... y una felicitación especial a mi Mami, te amo!

::A Creative Studio::

These past couple of days, I've been thinking a lot about my future and the things I want to accomplish in life. For me, becoming a fashion designer and a stylist, has been a long journey and I know there's so much yet to come . However, somewhere along the road you start doubting and questioning your passion and how much you can give in or give up to make them true... and then, without expecting it, I came across with this site called, The Makers, and somehow it made me daydream again, and remember the thing I love the most about myself...I love being an artist! 

One day, I want to have my own studio, my own space where all my thoughts will come together and create amazing stuff. It will be my own land, where I can explore my wildest dreams and truly express my real passion. So, I decided to stay strong and believe that I have the power to make everything come true. I just need a little patience, faith and trust in what is inside my heart.

::Tú, Yo... y un montón de Mariposas::

After expending my sunday afternoon at the MIA:Milan Image Art Fair, thanks to my dearest friend Silvia, I was introduced to this wonderful photographer; Chema Madoz. He plays with simple objects, and creates unbelievable surreal images, just check out his work... you'll be amazed.

 These 3 photos were my favorites; all together I called it"You, Me and a bunch of Butterflies".

::Summer, Are you Ready?::

I have been working like crazy these past few weeks;

 however the hot days are on the way and all I can think is 

when I will get a free day to take a trip to the beach. 

I've to admit that I've been missing my days at DR, 

where the nearest beach is just 30 mins away.

Aww, good memories! (very long sigh...)

Even though, the picture is a little bit blurry, I kind of like it that way!

Yes, that's is me ... wearing a big panama hat (from H&M) with a HUGE flower on top 

(the little bouquet I put it myself), very tropical! 

But don't worried, I'm not running like crazy with this hat just because I want to cause a scene on the streets of Milan... But, Thursday, it was my friend Julissa's Hat B-day Party; so for me was the perfect occasion to show my "Caribbean-summer side"... back to my roots! :)

Can you believe is May already? 

Days are passing by too fast!

This beautiful picture was taken at the Garda Lake, by Marian Balcacer.

 I just love the hight contrast of light she used; it looks like a pier with a door in the middle of nowhere.

It's just Magical, don't you think?
