Who doesn't like a customized gift? ...I do!  

My little sister, Mariela (from Ela Design), graduated from college this weekend so I decided to give her  as a present, a handmade illustrated cup with ballons.

"Chimikui by Aquarela" made the design illustration (find more pictures of her work on this last year's post)...and I was so happy with the outcome. Aquarela (the designer) really captured what I wanted to express; and Mariela loved it too. 

So, mission accomplish! :)

::The Bow::

It's been a while since I worked with my Pantone markers, I saw these two pictures (here & here)  on Pinterest and got inspired. To be honest, I really loved the final result so  (I know it's not New Year's Eve yet, however never it's too late or too soon to make a new resolution) I promised myself to keep drawing more often.

..So, who else is into bows this season?

Hace tiempo que no trabajaba con mis marcadores, el otro día vi esta dos imágenes (aquí y aquí) en Pinterest y me inspiraron. Honestamente, me encanto el resultado final y (...ya se que no es Año Nuevo todavía, pero nunca es demasiado tarde o demasiado temprano para plantarse una nueva meta) me prometí a mi misma de seguir ilustrando mas a menudo.

...Así que, quien mas esta interesado en los corbatines como yo?

It had been a crappy week... it's raining since Saturday without stop!

I decided to be creative and do something entertaining for myself. 

I'm a little rusty, I haven't illustrated in years... I should start doing it again.

::Being Creative::

Lately, I've been feeling kind of sad because I miss being creative. 

Yesterday, I finished organizing and cleaning my new room (finally, it looks decent!!).. so today I decided to communicate with my creative side. I'm testing my pantone's markers right now, soon I'll start designing and illustrating again. Can't wait to share it with you guys.. stay tuned!
